Delivery & Returns

All product returns are at the sole discretion of Peerless Electronic Supplies and all require a Return Material authorization (RMA) number. Prior authorization in the form of an RMA (Return Materials Authorization) can be obtained by contacting Peerless Electronic Supplies within seventy-two (72) hours of the date of your invoice. All returned material is subject to a restocking charge. All orders for non-stock, non-standard, or special order items are Non-Cancellable and Non-Returnable as designated by the Manufacturers we represent.

Product returned without an RMA number may be refused at our receiving dock or destroyed.

The statements below represent basic guidelines; 

Product Shipped in Error

Peerless Electronic Supplies must be notified within seventy-two (72) hours of the date of the invoice and an RMA number will be issued.  Peerless Electronic Supplies will provide shipping instructions for product return.  Product must be returned in its original packaging and condition of delivery and may not be altered in any way.  Full credit for the returned product will be issued upon inspection and verification of product count by Peerless Electronic Supplies Receiving Department.

Defective Product within Manufacturer’s Warranty Period

Peerless Electronic Supplies must be notified within 30 days of the date of the invoice of any product that is believed not to meet manufacturer’s specifications.  Peerless Electronic Supplies may require samples for inspection prior to issuing an RMA.  Defective product must be returned in its original packaging and condition of delivery and may not be altered in any way.  Peerless Electronic Supplies will provide shipping instructions for product return.  Full credit for the returned product will be issued upon quality inspection and verification of count by Peerless Electronic Supplies Receiving Department.

Discretionary Returns

Product normally stocked by Peerless Electronic Supplies may be eligible for return to Peerless Electronic Supplies. An RMA request must be submitted within fifteen-(15) days of invoice date. Non-Stock items are usually not returnable but left to the sole discretion of the Supplier and Peerless Electronic Supplies. Requests to return Non-Stock product is handled on a case-by-case basis. 

In either event, an RMA must be provided by Peerless Electronic Supplies prior to product return and a restocking fee will be assessed.  The restocking fee is 25% of the returned value or $50, whichever is higher.  Returned freight charges are the responsibility of the customer.  Product must be returned in its original packaging and condition of delivery and may not be altered in any way.  Full credit for the returned product less the Restocking Fee will be issued upon inspection and verification of product count by Peerless Electronic Supplies Receiving Department.

Product Damage during Shipping

All shipments are FOB Ship Point. All Damage Claims or Shipment Losses must be reported by the receiver of the shipments to the shipping carrier immediately upon receipt. Peerless Electronic Supplies is not liable for any damage or losses incurred during shipment nor do they insure product shipments whether prepaid or collect unless expressly requested by the Customer.
